Samuel heads the Corporate and Commercial Law Practice Department.

He holds an LLB degree from Moi University, and a Post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a qualified Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths and Notaries Public, with over six (6) years professional experience. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.

He specialises in company and commercial law practice, capital markets, finance structuring, acquisitions, take-overs, joint ventures investments, corporate re-organisations, and commercial contracts. More recently, he has acquired expertise in intellectual property law, tax administration and immigration law.

He has been involved, as the steering head and consultative capacity, in high-stake transactions for a variety of clients across a range of sectors of the economy.

Ronald heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

He has an LLB degree from Moi University, and a current practising certificate from the Law Society of Kenya. He is a qualified Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths and Notaries Public, with over six (6) years professional experience. He is also a member of the East Africa Law Society.

His main areas of practice are litigation and alternative dispute resolution, leveraging on his experience in both adversarial court processes and out-of-court arbitration and mediation to resolve client differences.

He has competently handled a variety of matters spanning across civil, commercial, judicial review and constitutional briefs. He also handles criminal briefs.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post‑Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of both the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.

Elizabeth has developed a solid foundation in litigation and legal advisory, appearing before both superior and subordinate courts in Kenya. Her practice encompasses civil and commercial litigation, employment and labour relations, tax matters, and alternative dispute resolution. She has advised and represented both individual and corporate clients in matters involving contractual disputes, employment claims, tax objections and appeals, and enforcement proceedings. She is known for her structured analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering sound legal solutions with professionalism and integrity.

Faith is an Associate in the Commercial and Conveyancing Department. She holds an LL.B degree from Kabarak University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is a qualified Advocate and a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society. She specializes in Conveyancing and Property law, Bank Securities and Finance, and Company law, and she also advises on employment issues.

She leverages her diverse experience in conveyancing and Property law, having acted for various developers in property acquisitions and housing project development. She also has wide experience in Bank Securities and Finance, having acted for various Banks and financial institutions in the preparation and perfection of loan and security documentation. This multifaceted experience and her dedication to continuous professional growth make her a valuable contributor to the firm’s team.

Victor holds a post graduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law, having successfully completed Advocates Training Programme. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mount Kenya University (MKU).

Victor is a passionate and detail-oriented professional currently undertaking his pupillage at the firm, where he is gaining experience in litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, including matters before superior and subordinate courts in Kenya. He possesses strong skills in project management, strategic planning, policy implementation, and general administration, complemented by excellent communication and attention to detail. His areas of exposure include personal injury claims, conveyancing, family matters, criminal matters, and labor relations disputes. He is a people-oriented, diligent, and driven team player committed to continuous growth and delivering exceptional results.

Faith Kariithi is a law graduate of the University of Embu (LL.B) and has successfully completed the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law. She is currently awaiting admission to the Bar while pursuing the CPA qualification, reflecting her growing specialization in commercial and corporate law. She possesses a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and writing, approaching each task with precision, structure, and awareness. Her key areas of interest lie in Corporate, Commercial, and Finance Law, where she is particularly drawn to matters that intersect law, business, and strategy.

Eugine is a graduate of Mount Kenya University (LL.B) and is currently pursuing the Advocates Training Programme (ATP) at the Kenya School of Law. He brings to Onyango & Aywa Advocates something that cannot be taught in a lecture hall the ability to sit with complexity without flinching. His experience spans conveyancing, corporate and commercial law, tax advisory, dispute resolution, and active litigation. As a trainee, he has worked across boardrooms and courtrooms, on transactions and he has learned that what each of these demands, at its core, is the same thing: clarity of thought, precision of expression, and absolute commitment to the person whose name is on the file.

The law, for Eugine, has never been a destination. It has been a way of seeing.
