SAMUEL AYWA
Samuel heads the Corporate and Commercial Law Practice Department.
He holds an LLB degree from Moi University, and a Post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a qualified Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths and Notaries Public, with over six (6) years professional experience. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
He specialises in company and commercial law practice, capital markets, finance structuring, acquisitions, take-overs, joint ventures investments, corporate re-organisations, and commercial contracts. More recently, he has acquired expertise in intellectual property law, tax administration and immigration law.
He has been involved, as the steering head and consultative capacity, in high-stake transactions for a variety of clients across a range of sectors of the economy.

RONALD OTIENO
Ronald heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
He has an LLB degree from Moi University, and a current practising certificate from the Law Society of Kenya. He is a qualified Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths and Notaries Public, with over six (6) years professional experience. He is also a member of the East Africa Law Society.
His main areas of practice are litigation and alternative dispute resolution, leveraging on his experience in both adversarial court processes and out-of-court arbitration and mediation to resolve client differences.
He has competently handled a variety of matters spanning across civil, commercial, judicial review and constitutional briefs. He also handles criminal briefs.

EDNA GOWI
Edna holds an LLB degree from Moi University and a Post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is a qualified Advocate, a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
Her specialities and experience include commercial and retail property, real estate development, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence and real estate financing. She has particular expertise in structuring of large-scale mixed developments, joint ventures, commercial and retail property.
GITAU SAMUEL THUO
Gitau holds an LLB degree from Mount Kenya University and a Post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a qualified Advocate, a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
He has a solid background in litigation and alternative dispute resolution in both the superior courts and the lower courts in Kenya on personal injuries and insurance recoveries, debt collection and labour relations disputes.
EVELYNE ANYANGO
Evelyne holds an LLB degree from the University of Nairobi. She is also a Certified Mediator.
She is curving a special niche in company and commercial law practice with positive bias towards business development and advisory, contract-negotiation and drafting, legal audits and corporate/project financing.
GRACE KATHINA WAMBUA
Grace is completing her LLB degree from the University of Nairobi.
Leveraging her expertise gained from her first degree in environmental studies and community development, she is an invaluable member of the Real Estate Development and Conveyance Practice Department.
LINCOLN KINYUA
Lincoln is pursuing an LLB degree from the University of Nairobi.
He is result-oriented and keen-to-detail. He is utilising his skills as part of the team in legal research and advisory.
The support staff comprise of professionals in accounts, business development, licensed process servers and court clerks, an office administrator and clerical messenger. The synergy helps the Firm find innovative solutions to our clients varying legal challenges.
